HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
We have a beautifull home set in 4 acres of grounds,with in the ancient village of St Brice. Three en-suite bedrooms with scenic views. We are one and a quarter hours from Caen, and within 20 minutes of all facilities in Argentan e.g. swimming, shopping, markets and the genuine feel of an old French market town. We do a table d'h����¯�¿�½?����¯�¿�½������´te evening meal(optional) and lunch if required, in fact this is your holiday so come and go as you please and eat when you like! We cater for children by providing a play ground, paddling pool and numerous activities. Dont want to leave your furry friend at home then bring him with you.

HOW TO GET THERE:
From port Ouistreham take the D514 heading towards Caen until the ring road at J3; follow east heading for Alençon it becomes the N814 to J13 on to N158 towards Falaise /Argentan /Alençon, stay on N158 all the way to Argentan, on arriving in Argentan you will approach a roundabout, keeping MacDonalds on your right, turn right on to small dual-carriage way over mini roundabout, continue on carriage way -keep right in lane pointing to FLER turn right on D924 follow road through écouché(bypasses) beware speed restrictions 50km come to roundabout turn towards Rânes/La Ferté-Macè on D916. Down road 4km turning on right D865 third house on left Gîte-de-France sign on gate, enter in second gate .
