HOW TO GET THERE:
BY TRAIN....Avignon (TGV - Paris, Lille(Eurostar) and a service from Waterloo in the summer). BY AIR.....Nearest airports (BA, Air France, Ryannair etc) Marseille, Montpellier Nimes. We do not recommend Nice it is decidedly user-unfriendly for car-hire and a 3 hour drive from Avignon. Lyon is a better bet. BY ROAD.....The A7/8/9 divides at Orange (10 minutes) so those coming by car from the north can choose between the A7 via Lyon or the new link via Clermont ferrand and the Millau bridge that joins the A9 at Montpellier). For more detailed instructions please refer to our "HOW TO FIND IT LINK" on our website, Bon Voyage.
